A single team carries each lot from the sourcing agreement to the delivery documents. Below is how the chain runs — and the terms we can deliver on.
Six steps, one owner.
Each stage is handled by the same named trader, so nothing is lost in a hand-off between departments.
Sourcing network
We contract directly with mills, foundries and stockholders, and match each order to the grade class and tonnage that supplier can actually deliver — not the closest approximation.
Quality & certification
Grade, chemistry, dimension and delivery condition are checked against the mill test certificate before dispatch. The certificate travels with the lot so the buyer's process gets exactly what it contracted.
Processing coordination
Where a lot needs cutting, slitting or preparation to size, we arrange it with the processor before loading, so material arrives ready to use rather than ready to rework.
Warehousing & consolidation
Stock is held, sorted and consolidated where the route requires it, so mixed orders leave as one coordinated shipment instead of several loose deliveries.
Transport
Rail and road haulage is organised across Ukraine and onward to export corridors, with weights, seals and transport documents recorded at every transfer.
Delivery & documents
The lot arrives on agreed Incoterms, insured and documented — with the paperwork a customs officer, a mill and an auditor would each expect to see.
Terms we trade on.
We work to standard Incoterms, chosen to match the route and who is best placed to carry each part of the risk.
Ex Works
Collection at the agreed works or warehouse — the buyer arranges transport from the loading point.
Free Carrier
Delivered to the carrier the buyer names, cleared for export where applicable.
Carriage Paid To
Carriage arranged and paid by us to the named destination point.
Delivered At Place
Delivered ready for unloading at the agreed inland or export destination.
Rail & road
Wagon and truck haulage, with transhipment and storage arranged where the corridor requires it.
Full paper trail
Mill certificate, weight and quality records, and transport documents supplied with every consignment.
What we do not promise
Metal markets move, and mill availability changes week to week. We do not quote tonnage we cannot source or windows we cannot hold. Every offer is confirmed against real, current supply at the moment you ask — which is why an enquiry always starts with a conversation, not a fixed price list.
